Sara is passionate about reproductive health, mental health, and improving people’s access to the care services they need. She graduated from Northwestern University in 2018 with a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and Global Health. She joined the Lindau Lab in October 2021 after working in Washington, D.C. at a national Native American health non-profit, the National Indian Health Board. Her current aspirations are to return to school to earn a PhD in Medical Anthropology. Outside the lab, Sara enjoys playing with her two cats, volunteering, and exploring museums.
